This is Some Real Awsome Thing
Great Plugin! I write an article in my Blog about it.
Thank you so much Karl !
Great work puneet
Great Work!
This is such an awesome plugin. Is there a way to hardcode it into my theme rather than using the shortcodes? Thanks for your help and for creating such a useful plugin.
very nice styles
will be really useful
Nice styles! Thanks for sharing and developing this plugin!
Hi. I love this idea, although it needs a menu to make things easier.
The biggest problem though, is that it broke my ‘site. I use a version of the Urban theme which loads articles through Ajax (I believe). This plugin stopped the loading – no articles, no visitors.
Cheers.
Hi Nicholas, thanks for your suggestions.
As per my knowledge, this plugin shouldn’t conflict with your theme as it doesn’t include any javascript. It’s a simplistic CSS based plugin. Though, I will look into it and if I find any issue, I will release an updated version.
Meanwhile, try disabling all your plugins and activate them one by one. So, you will be able to find which plugin is causing the issue.
To disable all the plugins at once, login to your hosting account using ftp/cpanel look for wp-content/plugins directory and rename “plugins” directory to “plugins1″.
Now, login to your WP-admin and all your plugins will be deactivated. Next, rename the “plugins1″ directory back to “plugins” and activate plugins one by one
Hi Puneet,
I must apologise. At first I disabled the plugin and things appeared fixed, but almost immediately went pear-shaped again.
I have yet to find to find the fault, but have since reinstated the plugin.
Thanks for the tip. I’ve spent two days trying to sort out the layout and have now installed and edited a new theme. Time is always limited.
Cheers, Nic
It’s a nice and useful plugin, but when inserting a shortcode for calling other plugins the text get scrambled.
For instance, when using this with a special download plugin:
[down] Download [download#123#size][/down]
I want to get the [download...] shortcode executed as if it were outside the [down] shortcode.
Is it possible?
thanks for the plugin
i use it for my blog now
its cool
Muchas gracias por hacer esté plugin, ya lo estoy usando en mi blog, sin duda da otro aspecto más agradable para los lectores, de nuevo gracias
Nice and simple plugin. It would also be cool if you could custumize the CSS and icons, but anyway thank you for the plugin
nice styles, i will be really use for my blog
A couple of things that would be nice for this plugin:
1) the ability to specify a width and float alignment (e.g. [note width=25% align=right]…[/note])
2) the ability to specify the icons and background colours to use. I suppose that we could just override the css to achieve that provided we know enough css, but then you run into problems with upgrades, etc.
Hey there is a plugin Thesis Style Box I think you copied the same and now your plugin is removed from wordpress repository.
Yes, there is a plugin which creates style box. But, my plugin has completely different code, more styles than that plugin, it has short codes functionality which is not present in the other code.
This could not be a reason why plugin got removed because my another plugin in repository which doesn’t have any similar plugin was also removed.
